General Administration (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Translate documents from Chinese to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations in both languages.
- Act as a liaison between the office and vendors.
- Assist with the preparation of materials and communications for meetings
- Support the Office Manager with various projects and tasks as assigned.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist HR with recruiting, prescreening, onboarding and ensuring compliance.
- Assist Accounting with preparing documents, payment record etc.
- Other task as assigned


Qualifications:
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English.
- Strong translation and interpretation skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Experience working in a bilingual environment is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Frontend Developer

Requirements:
- Develop, and maintain user-facing features.
- Implement client-side validation and consume high quality RESTful APIs
- Review and optimize frontend applications to maximize performance and user experience
- Build reusable and maintainable components and front-end libraries that help improve and speed up development processes Collaborate with the design team to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to inform product development decisions.
